A gourmet treat to welcome in the New Year
Glenella Guest House and Restaurant is hosting a memorable party to welcome in the New Year.
Set in our heritage-listed guesthouse you are invited to enjoy a gourmet six-course set menu with a glass of carefully selected wine to accompany each course in our beautiful restaurant. The New Year's Eve menu is priced at $100 per person, +$50 for the recommended wines.

- House baked bread, truffle-infused butter
Beetroot & Jannei goat curd's shot
- Pacific oysters with lime & chilli sorbet with salmon roe
- Moreton Bay bug, frisee, finger lime & passionfruit dressing
- Blue eye cod, scampi tortellini, chervil, celeriac puree & lemon burre blanc
- Duck boudin, pickled chestnut puree, savoy cabbage with lemongrass & chilli jus
- Slow roasted 'Megalong Beef', salad of watercress, shallot, daikon & tomato with wasabi butter
- Sorbet: Nectarine & apricot sorbet
- White chocolate parfait, mixed berries, rasberrymarbles & dark chocolate tuille
