Thanks to our successful Degustation dinner in August, we have decided to host anther evening of fine dining and fine wine at Glenella Restaurant. Mortimers Vineyard of Orange is attending to discuss the finer points of the wines on offer that evening. We are so very proud to be able to invite you again to experience excellent food and wine, set as a degustation menu, in the sensational setting of the Blue Mountains, Blackheath. 

David Smith has created a tantelising six course 'tasting menu'. His superb degustation menu offers an explosion of taste sensations with selected wine to accompany each meal.
