Degustation Dinner
Glenella hosts a degustation dinner every other month. Our chef looks forward to these evenings as he has an opportunity to showcase his latest culinary creation and also match the delicious dinners with wines supplied from a high-class winery.

Our head chef has created a delicious six-course degustation dinner:
- House baked bread with truffle butter
Duck broth with saffron
- Sashimi of scallop with spiced pumpkin puree & Asian greens
- Tuna tataki with green tea noodles, horseradish aioli & coriander
- Quail, raisin compote, celeriac puree & chervil
- Pasture fed beef tenderloin, sauteed potato with wild mushroom & jus
- Venison leg, beetroot puree, sorrel & sweet potato puree
- Sorbet: champagne cherry
- Rose geranium panna cotta with orange & strawberry salsa
Our degustation dinner is served at 6:30pm. The dinner is $90 per head, $130 including all wines, or $9 per glass.
