Glenella is open for Christmas! To celebrate this festive season, Glenella's Head Chef David Smith has cretaed a menu using traditional festive ingredients with a contemporary twist.
Christmas Eve dinner is served at 6:30pm and Christmas dinner at 7pm. The dinner is $85 per head, $130 including all wines, or $9 per glass (unfortunately no BYO for Christmas).
- House baked bread with truffle-infused butter
- Salad of smoked salmon, rocket, capers, dill & ricotta cheese
- Tartlet of avocado, king prawns, frisee & roe with champagne dressing
- Turkey breast, apple & cranberry compote, roasted kepfler potato, pumpkin & garlic
- Summer fruits sorbet
- Traditional Christmas pudding, creme anglaise & brandy gelato
- Petit fours
